RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Sales made through our website are subject to the Law on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts. The provisions of these regulations are fully applied.
Our exchange period is 15 days.

Lo Mejor Shoes members have the right to withdraw without justification:

  • 7 days for installment purchases

  • 14 days for one-time credit card payments

Return of Defective Products

If a product has a defect originating from production and the customer reports it within 30 days of delivery, they have the right to:

  • Return the product

  • Request a free exchange

  • Request free repair

  • Use free return shipping

To benefit from these rights:

  • The customer must notify us of the defect within 30 days.

  • The issue will be evaluated through a report by the manufacturer to determine whether the problem is due to user error or a manufacturing defect.

  • If user error is found, the customer is not eligible for return, exchange, or repair rights.

 

How to Exchange a Product

If you'd like to exchange a product for any reason:

  1. Please pack the item properly.

  2. Include the invoice and fill out the return/exchange form on the back (specify your order number, the code, and size of the item you'd like to exchange).

  3. Send the package to our central office.

Once the product passes inspection, your exchange will be processed within 7 business days and shipped back to you.

Returns and exchanges without an invoice cannot be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

This return and exchange policy by Lo Mejor Shoes does not affect your statutory rights under the Law No. 4077 on Consumer Protection, amended by Law No. 4822.

Cases Where Returns & Exchanges Are Not Accepted

When a product is custom-made based on customer requests—such as changes in design, heel type, size adjustments (width or length)—the shoes are considered personalized, and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

By placing such an order, you are deemed to have accepted these conditions.
